What are your shipping policies?

We have different policies for Sweden and international shipping.

Free shipping over 650 SEK

EUROPE
(EU AND NON-EU COUNTRIES)
Non-traceable mail from 70 SEK fee to maximum 108 SEK
Traceable mail from 112 SEK fee to maximum 147 SEK
Registered, traceable mail from 115 SEK to 170 SEK
(5-10 business days)


INTERNATIONAL
Registered and tracked mail from 115 SEK fee to 170 SEK

International shipments may apply to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Please your inbox for any customs-related emails.
Annuniqe Studio does not stand for shipping cost, import duties, and taxes once your order reaches your country. Additional import-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are shipped from Sweden via The Swedish postal service.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on a return?



 Annuniqe Studio does not stand for the return shipping cost of international and domestic returns.



Domestic return (Sweden)

You are responsible for return shipping cost even if your order is calculated as free shipping with delivery.

How do international deliveries/returns work?

Within EU
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-EU countries

The same rule applies to non-EU countries, but you need to show clearly on the package that this is RETURN ITEM.

I wrote the wrong shipping address for my order. Can I correct it?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us at info@annuniqestudio.com with your order number and updated address so we can adjust it for you. If your address needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Once a package has been assigned tracking we are unable to make adjustments.

How did the new EU VAT collection rules change from the 1st of July 2021?

Until now, EU businesses have had to register VAT in each EU country in which they sold goods and charge customers their domestic VAT rate once sales hit a certain threshold.
From July, this threshold is being removed and the VAT rate must be charged from the first sale.

Annuniqe Studio is registered as OSS (One Stop Shop) and this means that all VAT on items will be charged applicable at your EU country local taxable rate.

ORDER & CHECKOUT INFORMATION

When my order will be shipped?

Products that are in stock will ship out within 1-3 business days.


Your custom order will be shipped as soon is produced. This can take between 2 and 5 business days depending on the design.

What if a product is faulty?

If the product is faulty, please send your complaint along with a picture to
info@annuniqestudio.com

How can I exchange my order?


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item
you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for
the new item.

How do I checkout?

We offer different checkout options for you.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag you can:

1.Click on the “Checkout” button in your shopping cart. If you have already
an account with us, simply sign in using your email address and the password
that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, just follow
the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

2.Click on the" Shop Pay "button in your shopping cart and input
all information needed later choose the shipping method. Shop Pay ensures that
whenever you log into our store again, they can simply authorize their purchase
without having to enter all of your details again. For security purposes, you
will receive a text message that includes a verification code. This 6-digit
code will allow you to authorize your payment safely. This means that you need
to enter your mobile phone number to complete your shopping experience.

3.Click on the "PayPal" button in your shopping cart and login to
your PayPal account and follow the instructions from there.

4.Click on the "Google Pay" button in your shopping cart and
follow the instructions.



































What if my order hasn't come yet?

Annuniqe Studio is a small independent business.
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Please send us an e-mail if you have had to wait longer, and we will get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Do you offer nickel-safe jewelry?

Yes, we use metal jewelry hardware that is nickel-safe what means the product does not exceed the EU's common limit values ​​for how much nickel jewelry and other items come into direct and long-term contact. with the skin allowed to emit.
90% of the hardware we use is made in the EU.

What materials do you use to produce jewelry?

How should I care for my jewelry?





1.Remove jewelry when showering or bathing. This is particularly important
when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water.

2.Avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelry. We recommend applying perfume
before putting on jewelry.

3.Wait to put on jewelry until after you have applied makeup, lotion, etc.
Lotion, creams, makeup products might contain chemicals that react with your
jewelry.

4. Store your jewelry in a closed box or baggie to prevent scratching and
tarnish from oxidization and moisture.

5.Remove before exercising or going to bed.

Do you do custom pieces?

Yes we do, check our Custom Shop Tab

How do I order custom items?

There is an option next to the product picture where you leave a note with the word or the initial letter you wish to order. You can choose the color too.
At the checkout, there is also an option to leave notes to incorporate into your order.

How long does it take to make custom item?


The time depends on how complex the custom jewelry will be and how many custom orders are ahead of yours

It can take between 2-5 business days.
